Our story
Handmade since 1993
In 1992, Scott and Deborah were looking for a dining room table for their new house in Alexandria, VA. The table they wanted was a drop-leaf harvest table. Beautiful solid cherry. Unfortunately they couldn’t afford it. So Scott decided to buy the tools and make the table. It was a life changing decision. Beginning in 1993, his basement was a full production shop. Filled with tools. His friends started asking him to build furniture for them. In 2001 he started making furniture full-time for everyone.
Everything is made by hand, one piece at a time. Furniture is made from sustainable American hardwoods. Each custom piece made using old-time joinery techniques. The result is fine art designed to last for generations.
